Laure Desmurs
TRAIL RUNNING
A lover of the mountains in all their forms whilst geared up in her finest outfits, Laure enjoys hiking the trails summer and winter, running or skiing.
This true seasoned athlete, who recently became a mother, now has a new challenge: to reconcile sharing, transmission and training!

Interview with Laure
3 words that define you as an athlete?
Passionate. Curious. Competitive.
3 values that match you as a person?
Perseverance, friendliness, teasing.
Why do you feel you belong to the Cimalp family?
They are attentive listeners and prioritise the interest in the athlete and the philosophy of sharing and accompanying that Cimalp shows.
Your best and worst mountain memories and why?
Les Agneaux (Ecrins) with my little 5-month-old bundle in my belly... because the transmission starts very early! The best is always accompanied by the worst because the fun in the mountains often rhymes with risk and thrills.
How do mountains inspire you?
Evasion, challenge and freedom!
What is your relationship to the environment and ecology?
Pampering Mother Nature to always be ecstatic!
Another great passion/talent than sports?
Van trips!
