En plus du produit qui est vraiment top , le service client est vraiment a la hauteur. Car après avoir commande ce sweet pour un cadeau de Noël , le colis n'a pas pu être livrer par le transporteur... Nous avons donc trouvé une solution avec le service client Climalp pour pouvoir refaire livrer le produit en passant une nouvel commande, avec cet fois la livraison offerte et le remboursement de la 1er commande. Le colis est arrivé le 24 décembre pile poile. Merci encore

Taille très bien pour 1,76 m / 90 Kg. Belle qualité. J'ai noté la reprise du mot Cimalp sur le galon des poignets! Il manque un mot sur le pays de fabrication, la taille de la poche (portefeuille ou pas) et des conseils d'entretien, pour garder la douceur initiale.
