Instructions for proper use:

  • Hold the pole by the grip, let the shafts fall, then pull on the third shaft. You should hear a "click" when it locks;
  • When extended, your arm should make a 90° angle with your body; 
  • Once the height has been adjusted, use the Easy-lock system to tighten the pole. When using for the first time, tighten the screw to match the user's weight.

The poles are supplied with instructions for use.
