How to pack your hiking backpack properly?

To get the most out of your 50-liter backpack, it's essential to organise its contents well. Here are some tips for efficient packing:

Bottom of the pack : Start by placing your sleeping gear (down, sleeping mat) along with your spare clothing and shoes. These items should be positioned at the bottom of the pack to ensure good weight distribution.

Middle of the pack : Store your tent, stove, cookware and food here. Ideally, place these items as close to your back as possible for better balance and less stress on your spine.

Hydration bladder : Slide it along your back so it is easily accessible and to prevent it from adding too much volume to the front of the pack.

Top of the pack : Keep your essential items within easy reach, such as your fleece, your waterproof jacket and your first aid kit.
