We invest in an ever more responsible design and production chain and the implementation of a circular economy model to significantly reduce our environmental impact.
We stand against planned obsolescence, support our customers in making the best use of their equipment, carry out repairs and give our products a second life.

La Réparerie Cimalp: a free lifetime repair service

A zip that gives way, a seam that fails, a membrane that wears out: when the terrain puts your equipment to the test, our repair workshop steps in.
We offer a 100% free repair service to help extend the life cycle of your favourite Cimalp equipment, and significantly reduce the carbon footprint* of our products.
In the long run, we want to drive innovation in the service of repairability, with the creation of an Innovation Lab entirely dedicated to durability. By 2030, our "Durability & Repair" investments will be multiplied by 5.

*According to a Goodloop / MMG study, repairing a jacket has almost half the environmental impact of buying a new one.

In 2025 50% of used and/or defective products entrusted to us by our customers were repaired rather than replaced.

Which Cimalp products do we repair?

Jackets, fleeces, down jackets, trousers, shorts, t-shirts or shirts, subject to repairability validation* following assessment by our workshop.

End of life

When repair is not possible but the product remains usable, we now opt for second-hand and donation to charities. We have a role to play in optimising the end-of-life process for our products, offering textile collection and recycling solutions to become a more circular business.

We want to give products a second life: materials and products should become reusable resources rather than consumables.
