The Cimalp Repair Workshop: a free lifetime repair service

A zip that gives way, a seam that tears, a membrane that wears out: when the terrain puts your gear to the test, our repair workshop takes over.
We offer a 100% free repair service to help you extend the lifecycle of your favourite Cimalp gear, and significantly reduce the carbon footprint* of our products.
In the long run, we want to drive innovation in the service of repairability with the launch of an Innovation Lab entirely dedicated to durability. By 2030, our "Durability & Repair" investments will be multiplied by 5.

*According to a Goodloop / MMG study, repairing a jacket has almost half the environmental impact of buying new.

In 2025 50% of the used and/or defective products entrusted to us by our customers were repaired rather than exchanged.

End of life

When repair is not an option but the product is still usable, we now turn to second-hand and donations to charities. We have a role to play in optimising the end-of-life process for our products, offering textile collection and recycling solutions to become a more circular business.

We want to give products a second life: materials and products must become reusable resources rather than consumables.
