Your customer status is automatically assigned based on your purchase history on www.cimalp.com (amount spent over the last 730 days).

1 point = £1 spent on www.cimalp.com

To access the benefits of the first tier, Bronze Member status, you simply need to reach 250 points, i.e. £250 of purchases on the site.

Every order you place helps you maintain or move up to a higher status:

Silver (500 points) or Gold (1500 points).

If you no longer have the number of points required over two rolling years to retain your current status> (Bronze, Silver or Gold), you will automatically drop to the tier below, or may be removed from the programme and lose the exclusive VIP club benefits if you no longer reach the required threshold of 250 points.

Once you reach the first Bronze tier, you can track your membership status and check your loyalty points here in your Cimalp customer account.
