This profile demands maximum natural insulation and a base layer that stays comfortable for several days without washing.

Wear as a base layer directly against the skin: merino wool should be in direct contact with the body to effectively regulate warmth and moisture. Layer a fleece in very cold conditions, a hardshell jacket in wind or precipitation. Second-skin fit — order your usual size.

Its merino wool 240g/m² is the warmest weight in the range, with a softness against the skin that pure synthetics cannot replicate. The natural odour management extends comfort over several days without washing.

Initialement je cherchais un X-WARM ZIP 4 comme celui que j'ai déjà mais le nouveau modèle ne m'a pas convenu. Cimalp m'a conseillé d'essayer celui-ci. En effet, c'est le bon choix, un confort et un contact avec le tissu très agréable, la doublure de protection du zip est un vrai plus. Tout à fait la très bonne protection thermique que j'apprécie d'avoir à même la peau. L'ultime cadeau, c'est que ma femme le trouve très joli sur moi...
