Who did we design it for?

For the cyclists and mountain bikers who ride regularly, on short outings as well as full-day trips.

Technical trails, rolling roads, changeable weather : terrain that demands you stay focused on riding, not on your kit.

Those who demand compact and stable without compromising access to the essentials.

What makes the difference?

Stability on the bike. Thanks to its compact cut and back support, it stays close to the body without bouncing, even on accelerations and technical sections.

Ideal for

mountain biking

Urban cycling

The cycling pack that disappears

Soaked back, heat building, straps sticking. On the bike, a poorly ventilated pack quickly becomes a nuisance. Your carry system should set you free, not hold you back.

The Deuter Race 8 was built for rides where every gram counts. Lightweight, it ventilates your back continuously and limits heat build-up. Its volume holds the essentials without excess. Made from recycled materials, it carries an environmental commitment too.

Because a great cycling pack only gets noticed when you take it off. And that's precisely where it makes the difference.
