Our technical trousers and mountain jackets in 3-layer fabrics, also known in English as "Softshell nylon fabric", for mountain and hiking use, are made up of 3 bonded fabrics with complementary properties:
- a 160 microfibre fleece fabric for thermal insulation
- a waterproof membrane and breathable layer
- an ultra-resistant stretch fabric on the outer face
Depending on the 3 layers that make up the softshell, the fabric will be warm to very warm (X-Warm), waterproof and breathable depending on the membrane used.
