An explanation of our technical trousers and 3-layer mountain jackets — also known in English as "Softshell nylon fabric" — designed for mountain use and hiking. They are made up of 3 bonded layers with complementary properties:
– a 160 microfibre fleece layer for thermal insulation
– a waterproof and breathable membrane
– an ultra-resistant stretch fabric on the outer face
Depending on the 3 layers that make up the softshell, the fabric will be warm to very warm (X-Warm), waterproof and breathable according to the membrane used.
