Discover treks in the Pyrenees

From Gavarnie to Ordesa

Come and discover natural amphitheatres in the glacial cirque of Gavarnie and the canyons of Ordesa: both are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Located in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, one of the Pyrenean treks we recommend takes you to visit these true gems! You may cross paths with iconic birds such as Vultures and the Bearded Vulture. And you can admire the Brèche de Roland and immerse yourself in its history and legend. This breach is said to have been carved by Roland, nephew of Charlemagne. Then cross into Spain to admire Mont Perdu. A trek you'll find with many agencies, memorable for the beauty of the landscapes it traverses. The Encantats Circuit

Enchanting scenery dotted with lakes, the Encantats are at the heart of this incredible trek. Come and immerse yourself in a splendid setting for a hiking adventure. Set off for six days of walking in the Aigüestortes National Park. You'll enter the depths of ancient forests. You'll have the pleasure of admiring a multitude of lakes. The magnificent granite needles of the Encantats will reveal themselves to you during several roving hiking routes in the region, taking you to over 2,700 metres altitude in search of magnificent mountain passes. Dare to discover this vast, unspoilt and wild place, where you'll find welcoming mountain huts.

Grand Tour of the Carlit

If you are in search of wild atmospheres and keen to roam the beautiful Pyrenean ridges, this hiking route is for you. Climb to the rooftop of Catalonia, the Pic Carlit. From its summit at 2,921 metres, you'll look out over the Cerdanya plateaux. You can discover and bathe in the thermal waters of several spa resorts and marvel at splendid glacially sculpted valleys. The special feature of this Pyrenean trek is that you can very easily alternate between mountain hut and family hotel accommodation.

The Sierra de Cadi: the Catalan rocky range

On the high plateaux of Cerdanya and Catalonia, you'll catch sight of what is known as the "forked rock" — the Pedraforca — on treks through the Sierra de Cadi. This iconic Catalan mountain is a long limestone ridge. You'll discover an exceptionally rich flora and fauna. Numerous species can be spotted, including Griffon Vultures and chamois. You're guaranteed breathtaking high-mountain scenery, magnificent forests and natural meadows. Charm and diversity define the treks in this region, with panoramic routes that will leave you with unforgettable memories!
