Adjust the lacing mid-route to lock the heel on descents and reduce hot spots. Go half a size to one full size up from your usual size to account for foot swelling during effort.

Regular care helps preserve the flexibility, comfort and durability of your shoes. Clean them with a soft brush or damp cloth — never put them in the washing machine.
