Fits perfectly... tested on numerous occasions in the rain and strong winds! Super effective, very comfortable to wear, excellent rain resistance: no leaks at all from 4 hours to 6 hours (only a slight leak at the collar!). To nitpick, it's missing an external chest pocket.
