Maybe I should have gotten an XS, but the S fits well too, it depends on whether you prefer a little loose or a tight fit. I usually wear a S. The product is excellent, very warm and pleasant to wear, even as a clothing item. I think I'll get another one.

The fabric is very comfortable to wear. It's less fitted than other products, which gives it a good range of motion and a rather elegant look. It's quite warm (I just wore it cycling under a fleece). The sleeves are just the right length. The torso length is also good. I'm really very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it.
