How do I care for my natural down jacket?

Wash in cold water with a specialist liquid down detergent and no fabric softener. Dry by patting regularly to redistribute the down: ideally in the tumble dryer on a gentle cycle with tennis balls. If the down clumps together, a water-repellent treatment (Down Proof) is recommended.

What are the delivery times for this product?

Hello, I expected more thickness, perhaps a greater amount of down, but I was surprised by the warmth once worn. It might lack cords to tighten the hood when there is no helmet opening.

Beautiful coat, it's just a shame I don't understand why the hood is so big. I also don't have the springs to tighten the hood. Otherwise, it's very warm. It's a shame I paid full price when it was on sale.
