Wash in cold water with a specialist liquid down detergent and no fabric softener. Dry by patting regularly to redistribute the down: ideally in the tumble dryer on a gentle cycle with tennis balls. If the down clumps together, a water-repellent treatment (Down Proof) is recommended.

I'm 1.75m tall and weigh 76kg, so I ordered sizes M and S. I ended up going with the S, which fit me better since I wear it with just a few layers. If you wear several layers underneath, the M would be better (it's not excessively large). The jacket is surprisingly lightweight, and the quality of the finish is excellent. I'm very happy with it, and the length below the waist is perfect.

Perfect product. I haven't used it much yet, but it seems to do the job: three uses in gloomy weather at 1800m. No complaints. We'll see how durable it is over time. However, I think the small bag for the down jacket is too small: it gets squashed too much, so it's better to have it neatly folded at the bottom of the bag.

We needed two warmer jackets and came across this company by chance. So we just ordered two down jackets. Women's size 2XL was too small, so we reordered in men's size. Fits perfectly.
