Femme - 31 ans - 1m68 - 45kg. Très satisfaite de cette veste que j'ai porté en couche intermédiaire entre 0 et 12-13°C à 2000m avec vent et pluie, puis seule au-dessus de ces températures. La matière technique n'a pas le contact réconfortant d'une polaire classique, mais elle est très efficace pour réguler chaleur et humidité. Je n'ai pas transpiré malgré des randonnées longues avec un sac lourd. Attention : les manches sont très étroites, je recommanderais aux personnes n'ayant pas les bras fins de prendre une taille au-dessus.

To maximise warmth without building up condensation, wear a breathable technical base layer (synthetic fibres or merino wool) as your first layer.

This garment acts as a thermal second layer: its role is to trap air and retain your body heat. While it can handle a light drizzle, it is not waterproof. In heavy rain or freezing wind, adding a waterproof jacket (third layer) over the top is essential.
