These shorts are incredibly soft and comfortable! You forget you're even wearing them when you run. They're reinforced at the waistband, so they won't bounce or fall down even if you put a lot of things in them. I haven't tested them with a 500ml water bladder yet, but they're perfect for 250ml. There's a large zippered pocket at the back for your phone. You can also put things around the waistband. There's a Velcro closure at the front. In short, I highly recommend them!
