Cimalp Tignes trail: a 100% nature race

Cimalp Tignes Trail is back!

French outdoor brand Cimalp and mountain resort Tignes continue their summit-level collaboration for the 2nd consecutive year. The two mountain experts invite all lovers of the great outdoors to gather on 19 & 20 August for the nature race challenge over 13, 27 or 46 km at the heart of the Natural Stadium!

Designed for sport and nature enthusiasts

This is the sporting event not to be missed this summer! Different race formats accessible to everyone: the youngest participants (aged 10–17) can opt for distances between 800m and 3km, while those aged 18 and over can choose between the 13, 27 and 46 km. The previous edition brought together more than 500 participants and saw Benoît Dupraz, athlete from the Cimalp Trail Team, triumph in 4h39 on the flagship maratrail event. He will defend his title this year on a brand-new course! Other Cimalp athletes will also line up at the start of the 27 km and 13 km, including Laure Desmurs, Baptiste Laurier and Alexia Coudray.

An edition paying tribute to the Vanoise National Park

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Vanoise National Park, the longest course has been redesigned. It will cover 46 km, passing through the park — the promise of a sporting and convivial event that will make your heart beat to the rhythm of the finest summits! Everyone has their own reason to pin on a race bib at the Cimalp Tignes Trail. But above all, it is the passion for sport, the love of mountains and wide-open spaces, that brings the Cimalp Tignes Trail participants together year after year.
