Top Cimalp Athletes at the Cimalp Tignes trail
On 19 and 20 August, several Cimalp athletes will take on the trails of the Cimalp Tignes trail. In 2023, the French outdoor brand's Team trail topped the national Team Elites France rankings.
Cimalp, a Drôme-based SME designing technical, innovative, durable and accessible outdoor equipment, entered the trail market in 2014. Two years later, the Team trail Cimalp was born.
Managed by ultra-trail runner Florian Olivier, she holds an ITRA* rating of 837 in 2023 (815 in 2022) and currently ranks 1st in the TEAM ELITES FRANCE NATIONAL in running. Quite a rise!

At the Cimalp Tignes trail 2023, several Cimalp athletes will be on the start line:
- Benoît Dupraz on the maratrail — which he won last year in 4h39.
- Laure Desmurs and Baptiste Lorier on the 27km.
- Bastien Fleury on the 13km.
The Cimalp team will also be present at the expo village, open all weekend to visitors. A great opportunity for rich exchanges and sharing experiences!

Benoît Dupraz
Benoît juggles family, work and trail running. Above all, he loves sharing! He joined the Cimalp family after crossing the finish line of the legendary race around Mont White in 2017, alongside Cimalp team manager Florian Olivier.

Laure Desmurs
A trail runner at heart, Laure is a fan of the maratrail. She shares her passion with her partner, ultra-trail runner Martin Kern.

Baptiste Lorier
A former elite cross-country skiing athlete, Baptiste now dedicates himself entirely to trail. His daily playground is the Vercors massif.

Bastien Fleury
An exceptional ultra-trail runner, Bastien set a new record over the 170km of the Swiss Peak trail 2022. This mountain rescue gendarme at the PGHM in Chamonix is also an avid ski-mountaineering competitor with some impressive performances.
