Whatever the type of hiking, it's important to always carry a first aid kit with you. Better to be prepared than to run into trouble on the trail! Here is a non-exhaustive but sufficient list for hiking trips of one to three days.
Emergency follow-up:

Before intervening:
- Disposable latex gloves
- A bottle of hand sanitiser gel
Specific emergency equipment for the first aid kit:
- An emergency haemostatic dressing
- One or more emergency blankets
- A triangular scarf
- A pocket mask (for mouth-to-mouth resuscitation)
Small equipment:
