My phone fits in the pocket, but it's a pity it's not waterproof or reinforced: if it rains, if you sweat or if an energy gel ends up in the pocket, it always creates unpleasant consequences. So much for the improvement to be made. and adding a whistle like Oxitis can be a good idea

Ideal for
Trail running
The trail pack that goes unnoticed
Long outings, rolling terrain, distant aid stations. Bouncing, back overheating, hard-to-reach pockets: a poorly designed pack becomes a handicap before kilometre 10.
The Dyna LT was designed for women runners who want to carry the essentials without suffering for it. Stable and ventilated, it moves with you without bouncing. Every pocket stays accessible on the run — hydration and nutrition alike. Lightweight on the back, it keeps your stride intact from the first to the last kilometre.
Because self-sufficiency in trail isn't just measured in liters. It's a balance between what you carry and what you forget.
