Intermediate to experienced level, they want a reliable fleece that works equally well in the mountains and in town, without changing jackets between activities.

In 2nd layer, directly over a technical t-shirt or a merino wool base layer depending on the starting temperature. In windy conditions or in rain, add a hardshell as a 3rd layer. Slim fit: go with your usual size for a comfortable fit without excess volume.

Its hybrid fleece + merino wool insulation. By combining the warmth of a 300-weight fleece with the natural thermoregulation of merino wool, it maintains 435 g on the scales and a stable temperature, without the "heat spike" effect of standard fleeces.
