Who did we design it for?

For practitioners of **hiking**, **snowshoeing** and winter outings who regularly venture out in cold, dry conditions, from marked trails to more demanding routes. Intermediate to experienced level, they want a reliable fleece that works equally well in the mountains and in town, without changing jackets between activities.

How should you wear it?

In 2nd layer, directly over a technical t-shirt or a merino wool base layer depending on the starting temperature. In windy conditions or in rain, add a hardshell as a 3rd layer. Slim fit: go with your usual size for a comfortable fit without excess volume.

What makes the difference?

Its hybrid fleece + merino wool insulation. By combining the warmth of a 300-weight fleece with the natural thermoregulation of merino wool, it maintains 435 g on the scales and a stable temperature, without the "heat spike" effect of standard fleeces.

To maximise warmth without building up condensation, wear a breathable technical base layer (synthetic fibres or merino wool) as your first layer.

This garment acts as a thermal second layer: its role is to trap air and retain your body heat. While it can handle a light drizzle, it is not waterproof. In heavy rain or freezing wind, adding a waterproof jacket (third layer) over the top is essential.

We recommend machine washing at 30°C, ideally inside out. Avoid the tumble dryer and leave it to air dry to preserve the softness and loft of the thermal fibres over time.
