Those who want the advantages of the telescopic pole (continuous adjustment, versatility) with the anti-vibration comfort of carbon to protect the wrists on hard terrain.

Adjust the height so your elbow forms a 90° angle on flat ground. Shorten on ascents, lengthen on descents to protect the knees. Thread the wrist strap from below for controlled support without excessive tightening.

At 215g per pole, it is the most lightweight in the range while remaining telescopic. Its carbon construction absorbs vibrations with every plant, protecting wrists over long distances.

Excellents bâtons que je commande pour la deuxième fois . La première paire a duré 10 ans à raison de 50 km par semaine environ . Poignée très ergonomique et agréable au toucher, la main ne transpire pas à son contact . Réglage facile et rapide de la hauteur . Les accessoires en font un bâton polyvalent . La description ne ment pas : ils sont vraiment très légers, facile à régler (attention néanmoins à être vigilant au serrage des vis du Easy Lock : si elles ne sont pas correctement serrées, les blocs ne seront pas bien maintenus), et absorbent bien les chocs, même par rapport à des bâtons en aluminium avec suspensions. Même sur des montées à 45% en hors sentier, ils n'ont pas été un poids, au contraire. Le double grip assure une prise même "courte", et la sueur ne les fait pas glisser. Bref du tout bon ! Bémol : la page indiquait quatre embouts pour la marche sur bitume, je n'en ai eu que trois ^^

Ces bâtons de randonnée sont parfaits . Je les ai essayé pour une randonnée de 6h00 en montagne, 1000 mètres de dénivelé et 13 km. Ils sont facilement réglables, ils sont en Carbonne donc très légers. Il faisait très chaud , les poignées sont très agréables , ne glissent pas même avec les mains qui transpirent beaucoup. Je recommande
