Is it warm?

Yes, for moving in cold weather: hiking, skiing or a day in the mountains. For long stops in very cold conditions, add an insulating layer over it.

Does it protect against wind and rain?

Wind up to a fresh breeze, 20 to 40 km/h. Rain, no: it isn’t waterproof.

What makes it different?

Thick stretch fabric that stands up to rubbing against rock and under pack straps, without restricting your movement.

Which size should I choose?

Choose your usual size. If you want to wear a thick layer underneath, go one size up.

The fleece that goes the distance

Mountain use takes its toll on kit. Rubbing from your pack. Season after season. Most fleeces start to show their limits.

This one lasts. Its thick stretch fabric withstands strain without losing its shape, while the flexible material moves with you without pulling or restricting movement.

Because an effective fleece is one you won’t need to replace for a long time.
