How do I wash my synthetic down jacket and restore its loft?

Wash at 30°C with a specialist down detergent (no fabric softener) and a gentle spin cycle (600 rpm). Add wash balls or tennis balls to the drum to help redistribute the fill. Dry on a hanger in the open air or in the tumble dryer with the balls, and pat it down to distribute the fibre evenly.

What are the delivery times for this product?

I bought this jacket (which I already own in the hooded version) because I find it to be the ideal weight for medium temperatures, paired with a waterproof windbreaker in case of rain and wind, as we often get around here. It's perfect with a fleece underneath in cold temperatures. The fit of the size M, for me at 62 kg and a 98 cm bust, is perfect both alone (a little looser) and with a fleece underneath.

I'm delighted! I contacted the shop because I was hesitating between XL and 2XL... for those of us with a larger build (I'm usually a size 44), 2XL is ideal. A jacket shouldn't be too tight. It's a great item, very warm, and I hope it stays that way after a few washes.
