A very nice jacket, well-cut and long, covering the waist well and reaching down to the hips (size S for 164cm). It provides sufficient warmth in slightly chilly undergrowth and breathes well when back in the sun, ideal for spring hikes. Disappointment that it's Made in China.

To maximise warmth without building up condensation, wear a breathable technical base layer (synthetic fibres or merino wool) as your first layer.

This garment acts as a thermal second layer: its role is to trap air and retain your body heat. While it can handle a light drizzle, it is not waterproof. In heavy rain or freezing wind, adding a waterproof jacket (third layer) over the top is essential.

We recommend machine washing at 30°C, ideally inside out. Avoid the tumble dryer and leave it to air dry to preserve the softness and loft of the thermal fibres over time.

If you place your order before 1 pm (excluding weekends), it will be dispatched the same day. Allow 2 to 4 working days for home delivery or collection point delivery within mainland France.
