Tried the jacket for 3 hour trail run in Rain and lots of wind. The jacket performed perfect and I am very happy. No Rain got inside and I did not feel or get cold from the wind. It did not feel too warm or unconfortable during the whole run. I Will use this jacket for my upcoming utmb race at end of october as it also pass on mandatory equipment which was my first goal to clear.

I was able to try out the jacket today during a good hour-long run and I'm thrilled. The fit is excellent. I'm 182 cm tall and weigh 85 kg. The jacket feels light and doesn't restrict my movement at all. It was very windy and around 10 degrees Celsius. It rained for half the time. The jacket remained completely waterproof and I wasn't too warm. Perfect!

I'm very happy with my purchase; the jacket is great. I tried it today with just a base layer and I wasn't cold at all in 4-degree weather and a light drizzle. No feeling of being overheated or cold. The size is exactly what I wanted, one size up so I could wear two layers underneath. I'm 1.83 m tall and weigh 92 kg. The jacket folds into its chest pocket. There are no side pockets. The hood stays in place well, but a small adjustment at the back of the head would have been a plus.

From the moment I opened the package, I was impressed by the quality of the product. I'd never seen a jacket of such high quality with such a beautiful finish. After putting it on, I found the size to be a perfect fit (size M for 1.80m and 78kg, if that helps anyone). I mainly used this jacket for my runs. And what can I say except: PERFECT! It provides excellent protection from the wind and cold. At no point did adverse weather conditions bother me. I also tested it in very heavy rain, and again, the jacket performed perfectly: completely waterproof and dried quickly. If I had to make a minor complaint, it would be the lack of pockets (there's only one on the chest). But that's really nitpicking. This was my first purchase of a CIMALP product, and I have no doubt it won't be my last!
