How to wear it?

Wear it directly over a technical base layer to help moisture escape during intense outings. In cold weather or for a night race, add an insulating layer between the two.

What makes it different?

During an ultra, your jacket stays on for hours, exposed to rain and rubbing against your pack straps. The Ultrashell® membrane sits between an outer fabric and an inner lining: this 3-layer construction makes it more resistant to wear and abrasion. All seams are taped. The membrane lets sweat escape during intense efforts, while the stretch fabric gives you freedom of movement to keep covering kilometres in all weathers.

Very helpful company. Great jacket so far so good. Need to try it in more rain but pleased so far. If you need to put an insulation jacket or warmer layer maybe better going up a size as a bit snug. Will be ordering another in the future but a size larger.

I already knew about this jacket, which I wanted to get again after losing the previous one. I used it for running on those days of heavy rain, and I must say it does its job very well. I recommend a smaller size if you have a technical underwear. For example, I'm 178 cm and weigh 70 kg, and I ordered a size S.
