Waterproof: the fabric keeps water out. Fully sealed: the seams do too. Here, the membrane has a 20,000 mm water column rating and the seams are sealed, so water gets through neither the fabric nor the stitching.

What should you wear underneath?

Machine wash at 30 °C with detergent for technical clothing. Use a gentle spin cycle and no fabric softener. To restore water repellency, use a waterproofing spray or tumble dry on low heat.

How many pockets does it have?

One zipped chest pocket, large enough for a phone. No lower pockets.

Good quality! Nothing to say about the waterproofness. I'm happy with the magnetic hood, even if it doesn't work 100% of the time (magnets aren't always aligned). Some points for improvement: elbows a bit tight (I have small arms). The hood could benefit from a tightening system as it doesn't hold up in the wind.
