Good, lightweight, warm, and breathable softshell. High pockets designed for harness use, but unfortunately, the jacket's zipper doesn't allow for bottom opening, which would have been very useful. This is the only drawback of this Ares jacket after two days of intensive use ski touring in winter conditions. The hood doesn't look very stylish when up, but that's a minor issue.
