After each outing, brush your shoes dry to remove dirt. Clean them with lukewarm water and a soft brush. Leave them to air dry, always away from direct heat sources (radiators). Then apply a re-waterproofing spray.

Hello I initially ordered size 43 365X trek H shoes, which turned out to be too narrow. A helpful CIMALP advisor suggested I return the item and order the MEINDL brand instead. Which I did. I packed the shoes and insoles VERY CAREFULLY in the original packaging with the return slip. The day after dropping them off at the collection point, the post office sent me a message saying there was a problem with my package and they had to repackage it. As a result, I received a refund of ¬147.86 instead of the ¬159.90 I paid. I completely understand your decision, and I remain responsible! I am willing to take responsibility for the packaging, but not for the ethics of the intermediaries involved in the returns logistics. I live in the 93rd district (Seine-Saint-Denis), that's all anyone will know about what happened. I've learned a lesson: while your products are of excellent quality, and I'm always very satisfied, my geographical location doesn't allow me to fully benefit from the advantages of mail order...
