Hello The size is accurate, the parka is warm yet lightweight; I tested it at -7 degrees Celsius and didn't feel cold. I still need to test it in the rain. Regarding the color, I was expecting more of a navy blue, but the blue that arrived is very nice. The parka is well-proportioned, and the pockets are a nice feature.
