It feels very warm as soon as you put it on, thanks to its fleece lining, which extends up to the collar. In very cold weather, wear a technical base layer underneath and add a lightweight fleece if needed.

Is it suitable for hiking and snowshoeing?

Yes. Its fleece lining makes it very warm for winter hiking and snowshoeing, while the stretch fabric lets you move freely.

Its membrane is waterproof to 10'000 mm Schmerber, but the seams are not taped: in rain lasting more than 30 minutes, water may seep through. This jacket is for snow and short showers.

Is the hood removable?

Yes. The hood is detachable and adjusts with two drawcords.

How many pockets does it have?

One zipped outer chest pocket, two zipped lower pockets, a sleeve pocket for your ski pass and several inner pockets, including a large mesh pocket.

Does it have a snow skirt or vents?

No. It has neither a snow skirt nor underarm ventilation zips. Its membrane lets water vapour escape at 10'000 g/m²/24h.

Which size should I choose?

It fits true to size: choose your usual size. The cut is close-fitting around the body, underarms and hips. If you plan to wear it over a thick fleece, or are between sizes, size up.

How should I care for them?

Machine wash at 30 °C with detergent for technical clothing. Use a gentle spin cycle (400 rpm maximum) and no fabric softener. To reactivate the water repellency, use a waterproofing spray or tumble dry on a low heat setting.

What are the delivery times for this product?

Superb jacket, very well cut. I'm 1.83m tall and weigh 82kg. Skiing in -10°C with the right base layers, I didn't feel cold at all. Beautiful finish and good waterproofing.
