Originally from Chamonix, Grégoire Curmer has always had a deep-rooted passion for high-altitude mountaineering and the mountains in general. Born on 27 November 1990, this French athlete is fortunate enough to call his home region an extraordinary playground. This exceptional environment allows him to fully pursue all his passions. A true all-round mountain athlete, he adapts his practice to the seasons: while summer sees him conquer ultra-distance trails, in winter he readily swaps his trainers for a pair of skis, proving his ease and passion for every element of high altitude.
