This item fits me well, but the photo made it look like the headband was rigid; it isn't. So, it's a little more difficult to adjust. Otherwise, the lighting is perfectly satisfactory.

Trail running
The emergency headtorch you keep in your pack
On trail, darkness can fall faster than expected. An injury, a technical section, a finish line in the dark. Without light, progress stops.
This headtorch weighs under 40g and fits in the palm of your hand. Its 250 lumens light the trail when the situation demands it. The red light preserves your night vision at the bivvy or on a night run. USB-C rechargeable, it's always ready — no batteries to manage.
Because in the mountains, the best emergency torch is the one you have on you. And it should weigh next to nothing.
