Your best and worst memory in the mountains, and why?
My best memories go back to the first hiking trips I did as a child. Back then, the mountains were the ultimate adventure — a world to explore, an endless playground where every trail promised new discoveries. The feelings from those days are identical to what I still experience today, running those same mountain trails. On the other hand, the memory that still sends a chill down my spine is a hike caught in a wild thunderstorm, with fog so thick you could cut it with a knife. It showed me that the mountains, as beautiful as they are, can quickly become unpredictable and at times threatening.
What do the mountains inspire in you?
For me, the mountains mean reflection, joy of living and inspiration.
What is your relationship with the environment and ecology?
I'm a nature lover and I do my best to respect it, starting with small everyday gestures. I firmly believe that if each of us does our part, even the smallest actions can lead to great change.
